How to become a PowerUser: 

  1. Go to the user profile.
  2. Scroll down to authentication
  3. Click "Edit"
  4. Enter your AIM username (which is your UserID)
  5. Click "Done"
  6. Logout
  7. Log back in again under SSO
  8. That should give you access to all the chargeable icons
