Ordering Process

If your unit or organization has a need to request transportation for a special event please follow the process as outlined below:

At the time of your request please have the following information ready:

  • What university department/organization you represent
  • Time and date of event
  • Duration of event
  • Drop off and pick up location(s)
  • Number of passengers
  • Note any special accommodations or needs (ADA lifts etc)
  • A contact person for the date of the event along with a mobile phone number

Please allow as much advance notice to the vendors as possible so that they are able to fulfill your request for transportation.
