All of the relocation and moving requests are chargeable, you will need to be a Power User to make those requests.

How to become a Power User: 

1. Go to the user profile.
2. Scroll down to authentication
3. Click "Edit"
4. Enter your AIM username (which is your UserID)
5. Click "Done"
6. Logout
7. Log back in again under SSO
8. That should give you access to all the chargeable icons
